Business Entity Solutions for International Entrepreneurs

Access U.S. Markets with Confidence

At Southwest Business Consultants, Inc., we specialize in guiding non-U.S. citizens through the complex process of starting, acquiring, or merging with U.S. companies. Whether you want to access U.S. investors, establish a legal presence, or prepare for public market entry, we offer personalized support tailored to your country of residence, business goals, and compliance needs.

Not a Citizen of the United States?

If you are not a citizen of the United States and would like to have a business presence in the United States, you may be able to purchase one (or more) of our Aged Developmental Shelf Corporations, or Limited Liability Companies. We have aged companies (Corporations and Limited Liability Companies) from three to 28 years old. The older companies were mostly formed in Nevada and moved to Wyoming (mostly in 2016) and all the newer companies (post-2016) were incorporated in Wyoming. All taxes and fees are current with all our corporations and most of the corporations have never been in business, just formed and sitting “on the shelf.” While most of the Corporations and Limited Liability Companies can be delivered with 100% ownership, some have approximately 100 shareholders. These could be used for a reverse merger and a potential listing on a public securities trading platform in the United States.

Doing business in the United States, using a United States based corporation, the corporation will need a corporate Employer’s Tax Identification Number (EIN number). The Corporation will also need accounting expertise and a banking relationship. We would recommend, before purchasing an Aged Developmental Shelf Corporation, you resolve these challenges in advance with your accounting professionals, and we would suggest you use an international banking organization, if possible, which does business in your country and the United States. Our company has an on-going business relationship with a licensed securities attorney, in the United States, with whom your representatives may wish to discuss the proper legal solution. These types of challenges are being solved every day. It is just a matter of identifying your specific challenges and working through them. Each organization has its own rules, requirements, and laws they have to follow.

Some things we may not be able to do anything about, and we would attempt to identify and solve before we begin a relationship; such as we can not do business with anyone who appears on the OFAC list of blocked persons or companies. (https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov/). Obviously, at this time, we can not do business with people from the countries of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and some other hostile countries to the United States.
