Any information provided by SWBC is for general educational and strategic purposes only. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult licensed professionals in legal, tax, and accounting fields for formal guidance.
No Legal Representation or Fiduciary Duty
Engaging with SWBC does not establish an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or client privilege. Any documents we help prepare, such as corporate bylaws, minutes, or operating agreements, are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by legal counsel prior to use.
Third-Party Referrals
We may refer clients to external professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, bankers, or agents) as part of our consulting process. These third parties are independent entities. SWBC is not responsible for their services, actions, or outcomes. We receive no compensation from such referrals unless otherwise explicitly disclosed.
Aged Corporations and Risk Disclosure

We perform due diligence on entities offered through our consulting services, but outcomes related to use of these entities are the sole responsibility of the client. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Southwest Business Consultants, Inc. operates in Henderson, Nevada. Any services provided are subject to the laws of the State of Nevada. Clients engaging our services agree that disputes, if any, shall be resolved under Nevada law and in Nevada courts.
Client Responsibility
While we offer strategic advice and document preparation services, clients are solely responsible for ensuring their businesses comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as any international regulations applicable to their operations.
